This Wholesale Agreement (*the Agreement*). is made by and between Pet Planet Group Pty Ltd. (referred to as we, our or us). AND Retailer (referred to as you or your). Pet Planet Group Pty Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel wholesale accounts for any reason whatsoever.
All wholesale orders have a minimum order $300 value and at least 10 combined items. Please note that we have free shipping for wholesale purchase over $1000 ex GST($500 ex GST Victoria Metropolitan) for all states metropolitan except labelled large items. We will provide non-profit shipping service if postal address is not within metropolitan or not enough for $1000 ex GST ($500 ex GST Victoria Metropolitan). Alternatively, we will cover half shipping cost for all regional customers whom purchase over $1000 ex GST.
Retailer will not send a knowingly defective product to a customer. Wholesale sales are considered final. We will accept returns on undamaged products with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns up to 90 days from invoice will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns without a RAN, or after 90 days from invoice. This policy includes order delivery refusals. We endeavour to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects during the first 30 days after sale, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Retailer responsible to be first contact of product warranty case, provide standard trouble shooting and communication with customer. Retailers are responsible to acknowledge the use of products you are selling, as well as trouble shooting and Q&A. * We do provide alternatives technical support for retailer only. * * We provide replacement guarantee to retailer if items (below RRP $100) found faulty within 7 days from the date of purchase (video clips and photos) are necessary to prove faulty of the item. * We also provide repair guarantee to retailer if items found faulty within 365 days from the date of purchase (video clips and photos) are necessary to prove faulty of the item to return for repair or replace if items are failed to repair. * Items are necessary to be returned to our assessment centre on retailer cost to obtain a report if items found faulty (over RRP $100) when troubleshooting is unable to be resolved. * We can directly send repaired or replaced items to customers of retailer on our own cost if needed. *Repair charge and shipping charge would be incurred if report determined your customer is at fault caused items stopped working. *

Wholesaler is not responsible for any damages or injury that may occur from the use or misuse of products, and assume no liability or responsibility for damage or injury to persons, pets or property arising from any use of any product, information, idea or instruction contained in the materials provided.
